PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES
Swami Vivekananda is considered a pioneering figure in India who worked towards bringing massive social reforms to society. He contributed and worked in the fields of secularism, educational reforms, socialism, women upliftment and many more. He is popularly called a great social reformer. This society and it’s members are trying to continue what Swami ji visioned and lived for.
The main objective is to collect and manage funds efficiently to be given to the poor in various forms of assistance and provide these benefits to the community in an effort to educate them to cultivate a community lifestyle.

Background of the Organization
Andal Swami Vivekananda Education & Social Welfare Society is a society that was registered on 12 january 2018.
Prior to being officially registered under the West Bengal Society Registration Act-XXVI of 1961, this society has been active in various humanitarian missions both in Andal and outside Andal.
Among the aid missions& Charity events that have been implemented since 2012are as follows:
Charity events and celebration held on National Youth Day every year
- Charity events and National Youth Day celebrate every year.
- Providing books and Stationeries to the poor and needy children in our area.
- Teaching, guiding and by providing financial assistance to the youth in securing both government and non-government jobs.
- Distribution of Blanket to the weaker section of the society.
- Organising Drawing competition and quiz competition to encourage our young talents.
Tree plantation programmes are held regularly
Tree plantation programmes are held regularly in order to make our Andal greener under our “Make Andal Green” Mission.
Donate Blood, Save Life
“Donate Blood, Save Life” has been a top priority mission since its beginning in the year 2022.
Currently, Andal Swami Vivekananda Education & Social Welfare Society is active throughout Andal, Raniganj, Ukhra and its surrounding area and has coordinators throughout Paschim Bardhaman,West Bengal.
Career Path, a group of our members
“Career Path” a group of our members, has been created this year which will engaged in career counselling. This group will provide all the necessary information and guidance to the aspirant of not only competitive exams but also for different entrance exam for a vocational/professional course.
